A compact Honda went out of control on Rt. 5 west of Big Bend on Christmas morning, sending the two occupants to Minnie Hamilton Health System.
The Honda rolled-over, crunching its top and injuring a 21-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman.
Both victims extracted themselves from the wreckage.
Calhoun EMS and Minnie Hamilton Health System dispatched ambulances, with the Grantsville Volunteer Fire Department.
