Fire destroyed a garage at the Harris residence on Barnes Run yesterday evening.
The garage was close to a residence and other outbuildings.
Grantsville Volunteer firemen responded at 7:13 p.m. and knocked the flames down quickly upon arrival, preventing the fire from spreading.
The structure was about one mile from State Rt. 16 at Mt. Zion.
