| The Elizabeth Branch of Calhoun Banks will have an open house Saturday, December 6 immediately following the Christmas parade.
Santa will be present and pictures with Santa will be free. There will be refreshments of cookies and hot chocolate for all to enjoy.
The 2nd annual "Festival of Trees" is on display at the bank. Trees have been decorated by area organizations and you can vote on your favorite by dropping money in the can beside your favorite tree.
Organizations get to keep the money and the tree with the most money will receive the First place prize from Calhoun Banks of $100, second prize is $50.
"This is our way of helping our local non profit organizations raise money," says Marolyn Baldrige of Calhoun Banks, Elizabeth.
