All of the students at Pleasant Hill School had roles in "A Rainbow Christmas" performed before 170 parents and relatives on
December 19. Students sang a half-dozen songs and acted out the story of the animals who thought everything should be black
and white and learned that life has many different and beautiful colors. "If the colors of the rainbow can blend so well together,
sang the 2nd graders, "so should you and I.
The 30 plus members of the cast who had speaking parts are pictured below: elves, reindeer, banner carriers and lots of
animals. In front are Mr. Bugby, Mrs. Batten and Mr. Albaugh who helped them prepare for the performance. Supporting with
costumes, sets, signs and decorations were Lori Cunningham, Chrissy Jones, Dotti Nemitz, Patty Haught, Angie Sims, Lori
Wilson, Mr. Queen's first grade class and Mrs. Dowell's third grade class.
