Calhoun's Red Devils (No. 10 seeding) will travel to Weirton Saturday to play Madonna (No.7) in an opening play-off round at Jimmy Carey Stadium. Kick-off is 7:30 p.m.
First year coach Doyle Hupp's team finished 7-3.
Athletic Director Tim Davis has announced a bus will be available
to transport fans to the game.
The fan bus is open to the public but
students will have priority for available seating.
All fans (including students)
wishing to ride the bus, must sign up in advance at the school office or by
calling the school at 354-6148, ext 10.
All fans riding the fan bus must
purchase a ticket in advance. The fan bus will depart from CHS at 3:00 p.m.
Advance tickets are currently on sale at the school office. Adults $7.00
and students $5.00. All tickets are $7.00 at the gate Saturday.
The CHS Athletic Boosters will be selling play-off merchandise including
Sweat Shirts (hoodies and crews), long sleeve t-shirts, short sleeve t-shirts
and caps in the school Commons Area from 3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday,
November 12 and Friday, November 14 from 3:30 p.m.. - 5:00 p.m.
Merchandise will
also be on sale at the school during lunch on Thursday and Friday.
