| Susie A. White, 73, of Arnoldsburg, West Virginia, died November 4, 2008 at Minnie Hamilton Health System in Grantsville, WV after a long illness.
She was born November 24, 1934 in Calhoun County, a daughter of the late Russell and Oma Nitz Nester.
She was a home health care worker, homemaker, and previously worked at Kellwood Company in Spencer, WV, and as a cook and did various other jobs throughout her life.
She is survived by four sons, Dean of Wellington, Ohio, Danny of LaGrange, Ohio, Douglas of Stuart, Virginia, and David, address unknown; three sisters, Faustine Shaffer of Fairborn, Ohio, Inez Tucker of Elyria, Ohio, and Beverly Hall of Arnoldsburg; two brothers, Roy Nester of Millstone, WV, and Alpheus Nester of Mt. Zion, WV. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, James, Lyle and Carl Nester; and two sisters, Emma Deen and Joyce McKown.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, November 7 at
Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer, West Virgina with Rev. Rick Matheney officiating. Burial will be in the Road Run Cemetery on Beech in Calhoun County.
Visiting hours are from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
