| Lorena "Mert" Burrows, 71, of Chloe, West Virginia, passed away November 1, 2008 at Charleston Area Medical Center.
She was born in Clay County, WV, a daughter of the late Paul and Margaret Duffy Murphy.
Surviving are two sons, Edward and his wife Sandy of Mt. Zion, WV, and Robert and his wife and Lorena's caregiver, Laura of Chloe; a brother, Leo Murphy and his wife Sandy of Creston, Ohio; 5 grandchildren, Melissa, Shelly, Brandi, Eddie and Josh; and 5 great grandchildren, Cassidy, Jett, Joe, Hailey, and Tyler.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Joe, and 3 brothers.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, November 6 at the Lorena Burrows Cemetery at Mt. Zion. Rev. Rick Metheney will officiate.
Friends may call at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
