| Ada Mae Meadows Smith, 49 of Davisville, West Virginia, passed away Tuesday October 21, 2008 at St Joseph Hospital, Parkersburg, WV.
She was born on June 18, 1959 in Cleveland, Ohio a daughter of the late William Hoy Meadows and the late Retta June Richards Meadows. Ada attended Calhoun County High School.
Ada was a caring and loving mother and grandmother. She loved and cared about everyone. Through her life here on earth she touched everyone's heart that she knew. She will be missed greatly.
She is survived by one daughter Amanda Leigh Tate and her husband Harold Damon Tate; two sons Anthony James Smith of Parkersburg, and Gregory Lee Smith of Davisville, WV; one brother John Allen Meadows and his wife Robin of Parkersburg; a sister-in-law Debra Lee Meadows; she had two grandchildren, Jordan Abbott and Aaralyn Jade Smith, several uncles and aunts, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death also by two brothers William Monroe Meadows and Denny Lee Meadows, and one sister Nola M Meadows.
Graveside services will be held at Hunt Cemetery, Big Bend, WV, November 9, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Bill Law will officiate.
