| A Clay County man has been convicted on charges of intimidation of and retaliation against a public officer.
The Division of Forestry has brought the charges.
They say it is related to an incident with Charles Edward Murphy and a Division of Forestry officer last August.
The DOF was investigating illegal logging.
Murphy has been fined.
