Gilmer County High School has purchased Edline as a communications
platform for parents, students and teachers, according to principal Nasia P. Butcher.
Edline is an easy way for parents to keep up-to-date on their child's grades and academic progress in all classes.
Teachers will be posting assignments on the webpage.
Students' most current grades will be uploaded every Thursday before noon for parents to view online, says Butcher.
One final training session for parents will be
held during PT Conferences on Wednesday, Nov. 5 from 5-6:30 p.m. in the
Media Center computer lab.
The activation process takes about 10 minutes,
and parents must come into the school to receive the activation code and
training.
