Kayla and little brother Joshua
Kayla Hixon of Big Bend was chosen a Glenville State College Freshman Homecoming Princess. Homecoming Week was celebrated October 20th through 25th.
She is the 18 year old daughter of Elvin and Melissa Hixon of Big Bend and big sister to Joshua Hixon.
Kayla is a 2008 Calhoun High School graduate. She
received an athletic award and partial room stipend to become a member of the Glenville State College cross country and track teams.
She is a student representative for female athletes in the GSC student government, Hidden Promise Scholar, and currently an Education major at GSC.
