A standing case against Grantsville resident Christopher Todd Smith will have a status hearing Monday before Judge David Nibert.
Smith was initially charged after he allegedly shot a pellet gun at a Charleston Gazette delivery person and his son during the early morning hours in Grantsville.
Smith was also facing a drug charge, reportedly related to his possession of a considerable amount of marijuana.
The status of the case will be reviewed, with Spencer attorney Josh Downey representing Smith.
Also on Monday's docket, status of a case against Brian Keith Burrows; a review of a case against Josh Haymaker; and a domestic case, Moss vs. Vandal.
Also six juvenile cases.
A civil trail is set, Wilson vs. Goff.
Gilmer County has scheduled a hearing in a case against John Manis Richards for 9 a.m. December 9, related to an alleged theft from Hardman Supply of Glenville.
