| GED classes are offered in both Calhoun and Gilmer Counties.
Classes are available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9-12 at the Calhoun Gilmer Career Center and also on Thursday from 3-6 by appointment only.
Classes are also available at the Gilmer County Community Resource Center on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12:30 to 3:30. There is also an evening class in Glenville which meets from 4:30 to 6:30 on Wednesdays.
Due to changes in the GED program, candidates must first pass a OPT Practice Test prior to taking the full-length GED test.
If you cannot attend a GED class to do this, please call 354-6151 and we will schedule a time for you to take the practice test.
