Anna Lee Webb, 79, of Spencer died Dec. 7, 2001, at Roane General
Hospital.
She was born in Roane County, a daughter of the late George and Ocie Bissell
Keffer. She was a retiree from the Spencer State Hospital. She was a Christian and
a member of the Spencer Baptist Temple.
She is survived by her husband, Harlan; one brother, William E. Keffer of
Parkersburg; one sister, Effie Chandler of Akron, Ohio; two sons, Blake Starcher
and his wife Sandy and George Webb and his wife Beth, all of Akron; five
daughters, Patsy Wright and her husband Max of Clyde, Ohio, Ellen Blasovski and
her husband Frank of Akron, Kathy Craddock and her husband Jimmy of Vienna,
Marsha O'Brien and her husband Mike of Spencer and Jill Sanchez and her husband
Les of Texas; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, George Keffer
Jr.
Services will be held 1 p.m. Monday at John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, the
Rev. Danny Whited and the Rev. Leon Strickland officiating. Visitation is for one
hour prior to services Monday at the funeral home. |
