| Wilma I. Morris, 81, of Spencer, West Virginia, died Saturday, September 6, 2008, in CAMC-General Hospital, Charleston.
She was born April 12, 1927, in Cairo, WV, a daughter of the late James A. and Bessie Plum Lowther. She was a retired employee of Kellwood Company and a member of the St. John's United Methodist Church, Spencer.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Judy Simmons of Covington, Georgia; a twin brother, William Lowther of Vienna, WV; one grandson, Scott Simmons; one great grandchild; two step grandchildren, Curtis Moon and Leslie Rolader; two step great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 10 at 1:00 p.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Tim Bleigh officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, at Gay.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday.
