Former BF Goodrich employees held their annual get-together at Calhoun Park Saturday, enjoying the afternoon with a picnic dinner and visiting.
Former employees from the Calhoun and Roane plants attended. The company closed operations about 2002.
Goodrich, who had an operation in the old NYA/Rubber Fabricators building near Grantsville, is likely the last production plant the region will see in many years.
