| Ronald Duane "Chub" Swisher, 67, of Parkersburg, West Virginia, passed away August 12, 2008 at his home.
Born in Calhoun County, he was a son of the late Tony and Dot Stump Swisher. He was retired from the US Army and Cardex.
Surviving are four daughters, Ann Renee Swisher, Robin Parsons and Kim Swisher all of Washington, WV, and Kellie Swisher of Parkersburg; a son, Daniel Swisher of Hartford, Connecticut; a sister, Jean Carpenter of Spencer, WV; 3 brothers, Larry Swisher of Nobe, WV, William Swisher of Marietta, Ohio and Charles Ray Swisher of Ripley, WV; and 7 grandchildren.
Graveside rites will be held 12-noon Friday, August 15 at the Big Bend Cemetery, Big Bend, WV.
Friends may call at Stump Funeral Home in Grantsville from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. |
