| Police are investigating a fatal crash in Ritchie County that happened Monday.
Officers say Patrick L Robinson, 44 of Pennsboro, was driving east on Route 50 between Ellenboro and Pennsboro when a dump truck turned left in front of his car.
Ritchie County EMS took Robinson to St. Joseph's Hospital in Parkersburg, where he later died.
The driver of the dump truck was not injured.
Police say speed or alcohol does not appear to have been a factor in the fatality.
