| West Virginia University has fallen to 4 on the 2009 list of the nations top party schools.
The University of Florida in Gainesville has beat-out WVU for the number 1 spot.
The list compiled each year by the Princeton Review says the university has made the list before, but has never been first.
According to the Review's survey of 120,000 students, the University of Mississippi made number 2 on the list and Penn State University came in third.
