| The Calhoun County Republican Party will hold an open meeting July 17 at 6 p.m. in the Little Courtroom at the Calhoun County Courthouse.
The meeting is open to the public.
Topics to be covered include an update on officers, the state meeting and recruitment and retention. The upcoming Grantsville canvas will be discussed also. The canvas will take place July 19, 2008, and will include U.S. Senatorial candidate Jay Wolfe.
