Lola M. Leonhart, 93, formerly of Parkersburg, died November 24, 2001, at Ohio
Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, WV.
She was born April 25, 1908, in Calhoun County, a daughter of the late Charlie
and Ila Chichester Fore. She was a homemaker and lifelong member of the
Kanawha Baptist Church.
She is survived by one son, Donald W. Leonhart; three grandchildren, Kenneth
Parsons of Monroe, N.C., Roger Parsons of Parkersburg and Donnie Leonhart of
Wellsburg; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George C.
Leonhart; one son, Eugene Leonhart; one daughter, Helen Parsons; two brothers;
and one sister.
Services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at Kanawha Baptist Church, Parkersburg,
the Rev. Kenneth Parsons officiating. Burial in Kanawha Baptist Cemetery.
Visitation is from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg
and for one hour prior to services at the church.
