Some taxpayers have mistakenly received two stimulus checks, while some people are complaining they haven't received the first one yet.
The Internal Revenue Service says it accidentally sent out 1,500 checks to people who already received one.
The IRS has issued instructions regarding the second check.
Do not cash or deposit the second check if you receive one.
Instead, the government suggests that you write "VOID" on the back of the check and send it back to the IRS with a note.
If a second stimulus check was deposited into your account by direct deposit, call your bank and let them know.
The government will eventually be looking for their refund.
