| A bridge on Leafbank Road, a short distance from State Rt. 5, has collapsed.
The bridge is located near the Heiney property, according to Dept. of Highway's employee Jerry Riggs.
OES Director Kathy Wood says residents on upper Leafbank can detour up the hill to Broomstick Road through the Parson's property, noting that a gate has been opened.
