| Delberta Jean Hickman, 46, of Big Springs, West Virginia, passed away June 2, 2008 at her home.
Ms. Hickman was born June 24, 1961. She was a former employee of the Calhoun County Committee on Aging.
Surviving are her mother, Helen Travis of Elizabeth, WV; a sister, Rose Ann Seebaugh of Washington, WV; 5 brothers, Robert Hickman of Bellville, WV, Delbert Hickman of Elizabeth, Randy Carpenter of Dayton, Ohio, Harvey Travis, III of Hillary, Ohio, and Leonard Travis of Mt. Clare, WV
She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby, and grandparents, Oral and Glady Hickman, Irene Miller and Delbert Collins.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, June 8 at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, WV. Rev. Everett Snyder will officiate. Private interment was in the Kight Cemetery, Grantsville.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
