Calhoun High School Alumni president Sonny Wright says the special second floor seating in the Wayne Underwood Museum is ready for the fall football season. There are 35 seats. Athletic boosters will be selling seats in the enclosed box to raise money for programs, he said.
Wright says the museum area is not yet completed, but it does have the heating and air conditioning installed.
"We still need to build shelves and do some painting, before the contents of the museum can be placed," Wright said.
The museum has been a long time coming, the vision of the late Ox Johnson, and has the wide support of CHS alumni.
