Spencer's new headquarters on upper floor

Opinion and Comment:

Spencer's new municipal building will soon be occupied, according to Mayor Terry Williams, another accomplishment of his long-term administration and a marvelous addition to the city.

The building is also the headquarters for an another outreach office of the West Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, which has catapulted itself to the largest agency known to mankind that processes titles, registrations and car licenses.

Soon, the agency will have "outreach" in every magisterial district, eliminating those efficient same-day title, license and transfer services who went to Charleston for a small fee. Sorry guys. Government has put you out in the cold.
