| Carolyn F. Patton, 66, of Spencer, W.Va., died Nov. 8, 2001, at
the Ravenswood Care Center, Ravenswood, WV.
She was born March 11, 1935, in Montgomery, WV, a daughter of the late
Thomas B. and Lena Johnston Feagans. She was a former teacher and principal
in Roane County and attended the Spencer Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her husband, William P. Patton Jr.; one daughter, Charlotte L.
parks of Germantown, Tenn.; one son, Drew C. Patton of Spencer; one brother,
Thomas Feagans of State College, Pa.; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, Nov. 11, 2001, at 3 p.m. at the Spencer
Presbyterian Church with Minister Ronald Buckalew officiating. There will be no
visitation. The body was donated to the West Virginia Anatomical Board.
