| West Virginia University's Board of Governors wants decisive action on a critical report detailing WVU's awarding an unearned master's degree to Governor Joe Manchin's daughter.
The board released the report yesterday, saying they found Mylan Incorporated executive Heather Bresch did not earn a master's degree in business in 1998.
WVU awarded the degree retroactively last year.
The five-member panel said WVU's decision-making was "seriously flawed."
The board of governors has called on WVU President Mike Garrison to accept responsibility for his administration.
Garrison says no decisions have been made yet about discipline, but he accepts responsibility.
