Old vets deliver dedication of flag
A new American flag went up at Calhoun Middle School, a flag donated by Congresswoman Shelly Moore Capito.
Roane County American Legion member Bob Bush spoke to the students at an assembly Friday about respecting the flag and other members of the Grantsville Post 5959 gave a history of the flag, reminding students of the sacrifices soldiers have made in defense of America.
The new flag was erected by the American Legion.
