The Arnoldsburg community has started a 2008 project to air condition their community building.
A Basket Bingo & Case Knife fund-raising event was held last Saturday.
A number of improvements have been made on the structure, including a new roof and a playground was installed last year on the property.
Supporters of the project say it is very difficult to hold events inside the building during the hot months, although the facility is adequate for social events, reunions, and community activities.
