HUNTINGTON MAN SHOOTS WIFE - Huntington Police say 61-year old Wayne Burton Brown has confessed to killing his wife and hiding her body under a crawl space of their house.
Investigators found the body of 58-year-old Mary Jo Brown.
During a news conference Tuesday morning, police said that Wayne Brown told them that he shot and killed his wife back sometime last November.
Police say Mrs. Brown had been shot in the head.
Brown placed his wife's body in a 55-gallon trash can. That can, along with some bed sheets, were then placed under the house in a crawl space.
He is charged with felony murder and fraudulent schemes, along with felony forgery and uttering.
GO-MART SHOOTING - Police arrested a man and accused him of shooting another man outside a Charleston area a Go-Mart.
Brandon Neal, 28, shot Chaz Hall multiple times with a 9 mm high point rifle because he believed Hall stole his sister's vehicle earlier Saturday.
Hall's medical condition was not available.
One round went through the store's front wall and struck a six-pack of Dr. Pepper, causing it to explode.
Neal is charged with felony malicious wounding and felony wanton endangerment.
