| A shooting near Walton, Roane County about noon today reportedly left one person dead and another injured.
Law enforcement was called to the rural area on US 119, between Walton and Clendenin.
One person was life-flighted from the scene to Charleston Area Medical Center.
The State Police Crime lab is on scene.
The Roane County coroner is on scene.
