| Calhoun EMS responded to a mutual assistance call about 11 a.m. in Clay County, where it was reported a Halliburton nitrogen truck wrecked near the Ovapa cut-off, a few miles from I-79 at Wallback.
A passenger in the Halliburton truck died when the vehicle crashed on a hill on State Rt. 36.
HealthNet life-flighted the driver to Charleston Area Medical Center.
Clay emergency services responded, with Sheriff Randy Holcomb.
