DAVIS SENT TO ANTHONY CENTER

Yesterday was a busy day at Calhoun Circuit Court, Judge David Nibert presiding with newly appointed prosecuting attorney Shelly Morris Demarino presenting cases, including a large number of juvenile cases. Selby M. Davis was sentenced to 6 months to two years to the Anthony Center, on multiple charges including the assault of an officer. State vs. Howard Lowers, Danny Walker, Barbara Jo Walker, Jimmy Lee Sandy, William Vandal, Jr., Gary Paul Ferrell, Stephen Bolvoltz, all continuted for arraignment to February 12th or other dates for further disposition. Christopher Todd Smith, continued to March 4 at requesy of his counselor Josh Downey.
