My daughter Heather and her husband Ben had a healthy baby girl, Lea Jeanett Ruckman, Friday.
Those Ruckman girls are going to be something else. Their long time friends T.J. and Seriena visited with them Saturday. Lea is healthy and Ruby is good with her.
Heather is in need of as much rest as she can manage, and she says this is the end of the line. Bless her heart. Ben had a run to Spencer and when he passed the house he was sailing and blew the loud horn on the big rig he drives. Daddy and I smiled. He wasn't able to stop, but it was good to hear. Ben took his Mother Ann on the trip.
Blaine King and I have acquired a trough for the pigs. They just climb right into it. They sure look like they're doing well. The sausage is going to be a good thing.
