| Nancy Smith, 59, of Big Bend, West Virginia, passed away December 22, 2007 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Parkersburg.
Born in Calhoun County, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Opal Snyder Smith.
Surviving are her companion of 35 years, Darrell "Chad" Chadwell; a daughter, Lisa Chadwell (Brian Waggoner) of Big Bend; a son, Jeff Smith (Maria) of Big Springs; a brother, Gerald "Pug" Smith; a nephew, Tony Smith; nieces, Jennifer Yoak (Steve Milliron), Crystal Yoak, Ellen Smith; one great niece, Jenna Milliron; two great nephews, Casey and Ryan Milliron.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Loretta "Boots" Yoak and a nephew, Michael Smith.
Funeral services will be held, 1 p.m. Thursday, December 27 at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville. Interment will be in the Snyder Cemetery at Creston.
