He was a son of the late A. Hoyt and Mary Walker Kelley. He was a carpenter and contractor and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force during World War II.

Survivors include one daughter, Idonna Love of Spencer; one son, Colin Kelley of Spencer; one sister, Imogene Keaton; and three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Louise Kelley.

Services will be 2 p.m. today at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home of Spencer. Viewing prior to service.
