| One man was killed and another injured near the Big Otter I-79 exit early Monday morning.
Killed when his pick-up truck rolled over several times was Kevin Carte, 41, of Culloden.
A second man, a passenger in the Carte truck, was identified as Kenneth Smith, 41, of Charleston. Smith was seriously injured and taken to CAMC.
West Virginia State Police, Clay County Sheriff's Department, Big Otter Volunteer Fire Department, Clay and Braxton EMS responded to the 5 a.m. accident.
