| Clara E. Tanner, 81, of Chloe, Calhoun County, West Virginia, wife of the late Seldon Tanner, died October 11, 2007, at Saint Francis Hospital after a long illness.
She was a Christian and a homemaker. In addition, she had worked at Kellwood of Spencer and BF Goodrich of Grantsville.
Surviving are, daughter, Eloise (John) Bullard of Chloe; sons, Lynn (laura) Tanner of Chloe, and Elwood (Norma) Tanner of Orrville, Ohio; five grandchildren, two of whom were extra special, Ashley Renay and Tyler Lynn Tanner; and nine great grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, October 14 at Nebo Baptist Church with Rev. Darius Arnold officiating. Burial will be in the Hardman Cemetery, Nebo.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg, and one hour prior to the service at the church. |
