| A teenage victim died in an ATV crash Sunday near Pullman in Ritchie County. The girl was from Harrisville.
Reports said she was pinned to a tree by the ATV.
September 2007 appears to
be the worst September since ATV death records began in 1990, according to Mark Holmes, program coordinator for the Governor's Highway Safety Program.
There were 11
fatalities for the month.
There have been a total of
41 fatalities through the month of September.
