A Sissonville area man was back in jail Monday after Kanawha County deputies alleged they found methamphetamine-making materials in a Charleston house he owns.
Richard Bowen, 46, was found at 905 Hunt Avenue in Charleston, where deputies said they found "several coolers full of meth-making equipment and materials."
Deputies had been monitoring Bowen because he was released from jail on bond from Roane County charges of operating a meth lab.
Bowen, who was being held in South Central Regional Jail Monday night, was remodeling the Hunt Avenue house, deputies said. They also searched his Sissonville residence and found nothing.
