Old bus was being cut up for scrap metal when it caught on fire
Grantsville firemen responded to a fire on Hog Knob hill at 6 p.m. yesterday where an old school bus was being cut into scrap metal.
The owner said he was attempting to remove the roof when insulation in the bus caught on fire.
Firemen indicated there were empty gas tanks in the bus.
They used foam to fill the bus and squelch the fire.
After fire was knocked-down, the bus
was filled with foam to stop the fire
