John Bugby was named Calhoun County's Teacher of the Year for 2007-2008 at the annual employee recognition on June 7th at Calhoun Middle-High School. Mr. Bugby is the music teacher at Arnoldsburg and Pleasant Hill Schools, beginning his teaching career in Calhoun County in 1989. John is married to the former Sandra Simers and they have one son, David.
Nancy Weekley was named Calhoun County's service employee of the year. Nancy began working at Calhoun-Gilmer Career on July 1, 1979. Nancy and her husband, Dwane have two daughters Trudi Anderson and Terri Malona. They also have a grand daughter, Emily Anderson.
