Linda L. Ramsey, 68, of Reedy, West Virginia, went home to be with the Lord, June 15, 2007.
She was born May 10, 1939, in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Harvey and Edith Bowman Bennett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Tammy Lynn Ramsey in 1973; two sisters, Wanda Harmon and Betty Riggs.
She was a homemaker. Linda enjoyed being a wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her loving husband of 49 years, Leonard "Dick" Ramsey of Reedy; daughters and son-in-law, DeeDee and Wayne Miller of Reedy and Shawn Ramsey of Raleigh, NC; granddaughter, Jordan Miller of Reedy; sisters, Carolyn Wines of Ravenswood and Helen Ramsey of Spencer; brother and sisters-in-law, William and Annie Bennett of Ravenswood, Jane Drake of Spencer, Linda Smith Butcher of Sandyville and Susie Copen of Texas.
The memorial service will be Monday, June 18 at 7:30 p.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer. Friends may call from 6 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home. |
