Third and Fourth Grade students who worked hard on the WESTEST at Pleasant Hill Elementary were rewarded with a field trip to Valley Worlds of Fun in Fairmont, WV on May 29.
Valley Worlds of Fun is a family entertainment center dedicated to wholesome fun for kids of all ages.
Students enjoyed outside activities, including, miniature golf, bumper boats, a 32 ft. climbing wall, 5000 sq. ft. human maze, 90 ft fun slide, pavilions, whirly bird, and a new ride called the Valley Free Fall.
Inside activities included the Himalaya Mini Roller Coaster, rock-n-roll cage, twister, soft play area, bumper cars, tea cups, 24 bowling lanes, Lasertron Tag, arcade, and a snack bar.
Students concluded their day with a picnic lunch at a pavilion located on-site.
The students would like to extend a special thank you to Polino Contracting for donating funding for the trip.
