| Funeral rites are scheduled for Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Stump Funeral Home in Arnoldsburg for 21-year-old Sherry Lake Jensen.
Jensen died early Saturday morning when her truck struck a tree on Walker Road.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in the family cemetery.
She was employed at George's Diner at Big Otter.
She was the daughter of Debora Jensen of Arnoldsburg and the late Alan L. Jensen.
She is also survived by a sister, Beth of Pittsburgh PA, aunts, uncles and cousins.
