JERRY S. WAGONER, of Grantsville is scheduled to appear before Judge Tom Evans
on October 22 for a plea agreement/imposition of sentencing related to drug charges
brought last year. Wagoner is currently in Central Regional Jail at Flatwoods on
incidents relating to forgery and uttering. He is being held on $20,000 bond.
