| Joseph Thomas Wilford, 82, of Millstone, West Virginia, passed away March 5, 2007 at Clarksburg Veterans Administration Medical Center.
Born in Albany, New York, he was a son of the late George and Margaret Mullins Wilford. He was a US Army veteran of WWII and was a former ambulance driver for the Nicholas County EMS at Summersville, West Virginia.
Surviving are a daughter, Anet Rhodes and her husband Dean of Millstone; 5 sons, Thomas Wilford and his wife Lynette of Millstone, Joey, Robert, Howard and Tommy Wilford all of Summersville; a stepson, Junior Morris of Millstone; grandchildren are, Amber Dawn Wilford of Millstone, Thomas Edward Wilford of Davisville, Phillip George Wilford of Circleville, Ohio; step grandchildren are, Robert and Garold Morris of Baltimore, Maryland, and April Hurley of Baysville, New Jersey.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Dessie Wilford; a stepson, Phillip Garold Morris; 3 sisters, Marge, May and Betty all of New York.
Funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m. Friday, March 9 at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg, West Virginia. Burial will be in the Coen Cemetery at Nebo with military graveside rites.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
