| Judge Thomas Evans III will decide today whether a $405 million dollar verdict against one of America's largest gas producers will stand.
It's the result of a class action lawsuit earlier in January where more than 8,000 people claimed their royalty payments just weren't adding up.
The producers began deducting their production costs from royalty owners payments, causing the suit.
Chesapeake Energy and other producers have threatened to leave the state, including the halting of a multi-million dollar executive building to be built in Charleston.
