Oh Lord, in your infinite mercy...
Grant that Anna Nicole Smith be buried before her body decomposes,
Grant that Florida officials do a mental hygiene commitment for Judge Larry Seidlin, that he might find some relief,
Grant that all of those who have judicial supervision over Judge Seidlin be moved to resign their positions for failure to perform,
Grant that the cast of characters, hangers-on, drug addicts and gold diggers be moved to a desert island for at least ten years to reflect on self improvement,
Grant that Anna Nicole Smith's infant daughter have the wisdom and survival skills to rise above this pop culture travesty, and have a beautiful life,
Grant that all cable TV "news" networks go dark, never to be watched again...
So that the American people might focus on such issues as the neglectful treatment of American soldiers at US military hospitals,
That we might find some way to remove ourselves from the ill-begotten Iraq war,
That we accordingly punish those who have stolen and mishandled billions of dollars of taxpayer money to keep it going,
That we might develop some kind of common sense national energy policy that is not promoted by energy corporations,
That we might curb the worst out-of-control spending in the nation's history, balance the national budget, work on the trade deficit, and keep a few jobs from being globalized,
That American Corporations not be allowed to squire their money in off-shore banks and pay their fair share of taxes and the government end their billions of tax breaks to them,
We humbly ask for intercession,
